There is no better way to achieve personal success than to uplift others and help them succeed. Paying it forward and giving back to our local communities is key to reaching our growth potential. That’s why I actively volunteer and proudly serve the people of the Hornsby Shire council as a councillor, ensuring they are heard where it matters.

A strategic thinker adept at problem-solving, I advocate for economic growth in Australia, support for families, the preservation of heritage, and small business.

I believe in governance and doing what’s right at the top, and I hold true to that value as an IT entrepreneur and business owner myself.

Leveraging learnings from my Master’s degree, I bring innovative enterprise software solutions to customers. A hands-on leader who has recently completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors governance course, I implement robust processes, direct the business’s financial management, and lead decision-making and negotiations.

As an experienced board and committee member of several organisations, I roadmap short- and long-term strategy, ensure the execution of plans is accurate, and champion accountability.

For me, it’s about taking ownership and doing what I say I will, a principle ingrained into my psyche since childhood. My great grandparents were in politics, and I grew up hearing of the importance of community service. My dad was a pillar of our community in India, and he passed down his passion for empowering others, listening deeply, and supporting families to me. Now, I strive to do similarly.

Being an active Justice of the Peace (JP) and devoting time to charity work is one way I support others. I am well-connected and know the people and issues in my area, and I believe in shaping real ideas and solutions to problems, in being the change. So, I give my time to various causes.

I host fundraising and social activities for the Cancer Council, raise awareness for drought-affected farmers, and, as a father of two, use my voice to fight for facilities and resources for children and families.

While my dedication to my community and business is unwavering, I enjoy my downtime. I’m a sports lover and play cricket for a local club. I’m also a huge supporter of the Parramatta Eels.
