In almost three years, without Liberal Party representation, the current Labor Council has made minimal progress for our community. Amid a cost-ofliving crisis, Labor have raised your rates three times by over 9% to maintain their financial position.
I understand small business being the fabric of our community. I am Managing Director of a family owned Enterprise Software Services company since 2012, specialising in Innovation and Technology.
I grew up in Carlingford and as a father and local businessman I bring my experience in local government to the table.
I am a family man, married with two young adult children which gives me an insight into the new and emerging challenges the next generation faces.
I have been an active volunteer, a Justice of the Peace and have served on
Hornsby Shire Council, because I seek to give back to the community.

Our priorities for
Epping Ward
Sreeni Pillamarri and the Liberals will work hard to advocate for and deliver meaningful outcomes to:
Develop car parking and traffic strategies focusing on getting in and out of our suburbs. Address congestion on Carlingford Road to Beecroft and from Epping to North Epping
Hold State and Federal Government to account on Epping Bridge upgrades.
Invest in streetscape enhancements and pedestrian-friendly walkways around North Carlingford, Dundas Valley, and Epping Shops
Protect parks and bushland in our community and ensure regular maintenance of playgrounds, walking trails, and picnic areas.
Modernise existing community halls with updated amenities, accessibility improvements and encourage multipurpose use.
Grants and regulatory support for local small businesses, especially in the hospitality industry, to grow local jobs and help business owners
Work with the community to make the most of additional Metro services direct to the city, a Liberal-led project that Labor could not even cut the ribbon on!
Taj Mawass
- Taj is a company director in real estate and an auctioneer in Epping, helping local families buy their first home.
- Taj is running to support investment in better community infrastructure and to ensure road upgrades to ease traffic congestion
- Taj understands that only Liberal leadership has a proven track record of growing services and infrastructure in our region

Our team has approximately 20 years combined experience on Council, including Lord Mayor and Deputy Lord Mayor terms
We’ve all had real jobs and include a Lawyer, Chartered Accountant, Small Business Owners, Lecturer and Senior Executive
The Liberals initiated, funded, or delivered all the major projects that the current Labor-controlled Council merely cut
the ribbons for. Our plan is to continue this strong record of achievement.
Some of the key projects we
initiated or were responsible for, include:
- Parramatta Light Rail.
- Parramatta Aquatic Centre.
- Parramatta Square, Phive and Parramatta Library.
- New Parramatta Stadium.
- Funding for Riverside Theatre.
- A new council building so we stop paying rent.
In the Epping Ward, the Liberal team’s priorities to enhance the quality of life for all residents in our community include:
- Address congestion on key roads and improve parking and traffic flow in and out of suburbs.
- Ensure Epping Bridge upgrades by State and Federal Government are completed in full.
- Enhance streetscapes, pedestrian walkways, and maintain parks and playgrounds.
- Modernise community halls and support local small businesses with grants and regulations.
